This was a coherent, structured, and deliberate message, broadcast on a frequency that resonates with the "data-song" of the Silent Cartographers (Log #066).

The message contained no threats, no demands, and no explanation for the events that transpired. It was a complex data packet that, when decoded, posed a single, simple question to the Operators of the Grid.
