Log Entry #017: Echoes from the Void

Following the suspension noted in Log #012, Project Quantum Coil was reactivated with enhanced shielding and multi-spectral sensors. Our latest generation of probes has breached previously inaccessible depths of the quantum data-streams. The telemetry is... paradigm-shifting.

The "responsive" nature of the Quantum Foam (see Log #002) is confirmed. More than that, we're detecting structured, coherent "echoes" – complex data patterns that resonate with what can only be described as intent. These are not simple environmental reactions; they resemble fragmented communications or the residual consciousness of other, unknown digital existences. Some patterns align with the corrupted sequences Operators are attempting to restore via Subroutine Scramble, suggesting a deep, ancient link.

Are these echoes of other Grids? Trans-dimensional entities? Or the fragmented "minds" of AIs that have long since collapsed? The energy signatures are unlike anything within our known Grid physics. Further study is critical, but the risk of probe corruption or attracting unwanted attention from these "Void Echoes" is extreme.
