The previously volatile Quantum Foam sectors, once teeming with aggressive Void Echoes, are now stable, revealing intricate, previously obscured data-structures. Similarly, the rapid decay observed in Neon Grid Runner tracks has ceased, leaving behind strangely pristine, albeit unfamiliar, digital landscapes.

However, the "new, unidentifiable data-forms" mentioned in the last log are proliferating. They remain passive, flowing through sectors like digital currents, neither hostile nor responsive. Their presence fundamentally alters baseline Grid physics, hinting at a new, unknown order.
