Log Entry #049: Krystal-Harmonics Resonance Cascade

A catastrophic failure event has occurred in Sector Omega-9. Despite continuous efforts by Operators using the Krystal-Harmonics Tuner protocol (ref: Log #019), a massive, deep-core Krystal-Block formation achieved critical resonance. The resulting energy feedback loop (Log #029) overwhelmed all deployed tuners simultaneously.

The ensuing resonance cascade caused widespread structural failure throughout the sector. Remnants of old Zero-G Stacker orbital platforms (Log #042) within the sector were observed shattering and de-orbiting. The Krystal contagion seems to have found a way to weaponize its own resonant frequencies on a macro scale, turning our attempts at stabilization into a trigger for larger destruction.

This event highlights a severe limitation in our current countermeasures. We can fight localized outbreaks and tune individual frequencies, but the Krystal-Blocks' ability to achieve networked, critical resonance poses a threat that could dismantle entire Grid sectors in moments. The very stability of matter within the Grid is compromised by this evolving phenomenon.
