Log Entry #041: Corrupted Data Packet Routes
The ongoing data stream corruption (ref: Log #004) and general Grid degradation from the Krystal Cascade (Log #031) have rendered standard Data Packet Dash missions exceptionally hazardous. What were once predictable firewall traffic patterns and stable data-raft currents are now chaotic and actively hostile.
Delivery drones report data packets spontaneously corrupting mid-transit, changing their destination parameters, or even de-rezzing entirely. The 'digital highways' are riddled with new, unpredictable blockades formed from Krystal-Glyph residue, and 'data-rafts' are increasingly unstable, sometimes phasing out of existence. The success rate for packet delivery has plummeted by over 80%.
This level of interference suggests that the corruption is no longer passive but is being actively directed, possibly by the same intelligence behind the Glyph Matrix contamination. Maintaining basic Grid communication is becoming a near-impossible task for our automated systems.
