Operators on Void Echo Cartography missions report that Void Echoes are no longer merely navigational hazards; they are now exhibiting behaviors consistent with targeted attacks against survey probes.

Collected data fragments are being deliberately corrupted upon retrieval, and probe integrity fields are failing at an alarming rate due to focused energy pulses from these Echoes. This suggests a level of sentience or coordinated defense from entities within or beyond the Quantum Foam. The "Silent Cartographers" (Log #030) are primary suspects, possibly viewing our exploration as an intrusion.

The integrity of our deep Grid maps is now questionable, as recovered data may be tainted or manipulated. The Glyph Matrix Defragger teams are also reporting that some of the most resilient corrupted glyphs show energy signatures similar to those encountered in the deeper Void sectors, suggesting a potential link or cross-contamination.
