Emergency Alert: Stellar Cartography units running Astro-Block Blitz protocols are detecting anomalous crystalline shards within previously stable asteroid fields. These shards exhibit energy signatures identical to the KRYSTAL-BLOCKS from the Sector 7 Cascade (Log #001). The infection is no longer purely digital; it's manifesting in the physical (simulated-physical) realm.

The shards are highly volatile and react erratically to standard asteroid fragmentation weaponry. Their vector patterns are unpredictable, often targeting Grid Guardian interceptors. R&D is attempting to adapt Vector Vanquisher ION-Ball technology for deep-space operations, but the energy requirements for sustained deconstruction are immense.
